Ingredients
- Monkfish for 2 people
- Pack on Pancetta
- 1 or 2 Capsicums
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- 1 tsb Garlic Powder
- 1 tbs 100% liquid chilli or blend some medium chillis
- Salt to taste/a little bit
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
Cut Monkfish into chunks
Slice Capsicum into chu\nks
- Cut Monkfish into Chunks
- Thread panchetta onto skewers with a piece of monkfish in between a slice of panchetta. Then a slice of capsicum. Repeat until skewer full.
- Mix olive oil, Garlic Power, Chili Sauce, Salt Pepper
- Pour olive oil mix over the kebabs covering as much as possible
- Grill/Oven/Foreman grill until cooked
