Spicy Monkfish and Pancetta Kebabs


  • Monkfish for 2 people
  • Pack on Pancetta
  • 1 or 2 Capsicums
  • 1/2 cup of olive oil
  • 1 tsb Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbs 100% liquid chilli or blend some medium chillis
  • Salt to taste/a little bit
  • Pepper to taste


Cut Monkfish into chunks

Slice Capsicum into chu\nks

  • Cut Monkfish into Chunks
  • Thread panchetta onto skewers with a piece of monkfish in between a slice of panchetta. Then a slice of capsicum. Repeat until skewer full.
  • Mix olive oil, Garlic Power, Chili Sauce, Salt Pepper
  • Pour olive oil mix over the kebabs covering as much as possible
  • Grill/Oven/Foreman grill until cooked
