If you are looking for 1-1 personal training, I can help you get in the shape of your life.

You can choose from

1) Muay Thai & Kickboxing Fitness, or

2) Weight Lifting, Strength Training & Circuit Fitness, or

3) Hybrid of Both Kickboxing & Weights/Circuits.

You can enjoy a private gym with kickboxing bags & pads, weight training equipment & strength bands, kettle bells & medicine balls.
