If you would like personal training in Woodbridge, I can provide PT in the following areas;

Kickboxing Fitness:  – Includes pad work, heavy bag work, cardio training, strength and conditioning, kettlebells, sandbag, weights, self defense (optional)

Kickboxing Fitness is an excellent way to to lose weight, tone up, and get serious fit. Workouts are based around kickboxing but aimed to boost fitness, improve body composition, and feel amazing.

Yoga & Natural Movement: Usually included as part of the Kickboxing Fitness Training, but you can arrange 100% yoga sessions upon request.

  • £40 per hour – 1 person
  • £50 per hour – 2 people
  • £60 per hour – 3 people
