What is Kickboxing Fitness?
Kickboxing Fitness is a workout based around many martial arts such as Muay Thai Kickboxing, Freestyle Kickboxing, Tae Kwon Do, Aikido, Krav Maga & Karate. It’s non competitive and non contact. It’s a workout designed to burn fat, tone up, and get super fit. The class is relaxed, fun and friendly.
Techniques involve using whole body including punches, kicks, knees, and elbows.

What experience or fitness level do you need?
Anyone over the age of 16 can participate, no experience is necessary, and all fitness levels are welcome. The idea is to get fit & improve fitness – you don’t need to be fit to join.

An intense warm up drills with deep stretching, techniques, pad work.

Is Kickboxing Fitness Safe?
Yes – Kickboxing Fitness is safe. It’s a non-contact and non-competitive fitness class. The class is primarily a fitness class, however, you will also learn self defense techniques, boost confidence, fitness, and improve your mood and sense of well being.
